Granules India - Allotment of Equity Shares:
Granules India Ltd has informed BSE that the Share Transfer and Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee at their meeting dated April 25, 2013 has approved to allot 5,000 equity shares in consequent to exercise of options under ESOP 2009.

Granules India - Board recommends Final Dividend:
Granules India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 25, 2013, inter alia, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs. 2.00 per share representing 20% of Paid Up Capital for the financial year 2012-13.

    May be, people were just waiting for completion of expansion news more than anything else....

    You will always find my answer diplomatic..... because I am not the one who operate the stock markets....
    For good returns on your investments, you always have to be a long term investor (as far as what I believe)..
    You know what is happening with Ajanta (that is also surprising) and you know what happened with Granules when it came down from 232 to 90 (that was also surprising)...
    So, wait and watch till you dont get your desired returns is my moto for fundamentally good stocks....

    Btw, you know me personally also, and you must be knowing that I am not a diplomatic person in reality..... but the way stock market behaves, people seem to take me like that.... ;-)

  4. Having said that .... I insist you introduce a Like button similar to the one Facebook has got ... however i am not quite sure if that will land you into troubled waters though.... but it certainly would be useful for people who are regular visitors ... ;)
